Juniors Play for Free

One free Junior (16 years of age or younger) after 3 pm with a paid Adult Green Fee. Not valid on special promotions, memberships or discounted programs and subject to availability.

Corporate Pack - $750 + HST

10 green fees w/cart & practice balls

Transferable and can be used at both Mill River and Eagles Glenn
One basket of practice balls included per round
Can be used anytime, subject to tee time availability
Green fees expire one year after date of issue
Cannot be combined with any promotions and not valid for tournament or group bookings

Week Long Rates

Seven consecutive days of golf at both Mill River & Eagles Glenn
Includes shared power cart and the practice range
- May - $300 + HST
- June - $375 + HST
- July/August/September - $450 + HST
- October - $300 + HST

Cancellation & No Show Policy

We understand that plans can change so if you need to cancel your reservation please do so outside of 24 hours of your scheduled start time. Any cancellations or no shows inside of 24 hours will be charged to the credit card used to hold the reservation. This would include showing up with fewer people than you originally booked for i.e. booking as a foursome and showing up as a twosome. If you are being charged for a late cancellation or a no show, a credit will be applied to your account that can be used another time.

Rain Cheque Policy

Refunds are not issued as a result of rain but in some cases we can issue a rain cheque.

18 Hole Rain Cheque = 1-4 Holes Played
9 Hole Rain Cheque = 5-12 Holes Played
No Rain Cheque = 13+ Holes Played or if golfer begins their round while it is raining

For a rain cheque to be issued, it must rain for 15 minutes
There will be no rain cheques given if you elect to tee off in pre-existing or imminent weather conditions.
We encourage golfers to come off the course at any sign of thunder or lightening – Rain Cheques will be provided
Any customer who has been on the course for more than 2 hours will be deemed to have completed 9 holes. Any customer who has been on the course for more than 4 hours will be deemed to have completed 18 holes.
A credit will be applied to your account that can be used towards your next round at Eagles Glenn.

Notes

All rates do not include HST (15%).
All green fees include Complimentary Riksha Pull cart.

Outside alcohol is not permitted.

Playing group size will not exceed four (4) players. Maximum number of carts per group is two (2). Non playing riders are permitted and will be required to purchase a cart seat.
